author, that the implementation of a new model of the public policy in the
Arctic is possible only when the qualitatively new approaches to arctic zone
development are formed.

PENSION FORMING FACTORS IN RUSSIA

reasons for low pensions and financial imbalances of the pension insurance
system. According to the author they are low wages of the vast majority of

THE IMPACT
OF CROSS-BORDER REMITTANCES OF LABOR MIGRANTS ON THE ECONOMY OF RUSSIA

The paper examines the condition and ways to transfer the money earned by

attention is given to the methodology of statistical data accounting concerning
individuals' remittances in Russia. The analysis of the state, geographical
patterns and dynamics of remittances from Russia is carried out; the effect of remittances
from Russia on the state of its economy and financial security is evaluated.

weaknesses.

ECONOMETRIC MODELS IN SOCIO AND ECONOMIC INDICATORS FORCASTING FOR VOLGOGRAD

The author proposes a method for constructing models of regional
socio-economic development which takes into account the average per capita
income of the population depending on the gross national product and
subsistence minimum per capita per month level, the retail trade turnover and
gross regional product. The approach is based on the construction of
multi-level models in a form of simultaneous econometric equations system.
