Formation of pension rights   in Russia   (methodological issues)

The author examines the economic mechanism of formation
of pension rights of the insured,
puts forward a proposal for its improvement in the course of implementation of the Strategy of long-term development of
Russian pension system and gives a review of the methodological approach and its actuarial
justification under the condition of solidary redistribution of
insurance funds in the pension
system.

Deficiencies of the current pension formula based on conditionally accumulative mechanisms as well as advantages of pension
rights accounting based on point-rating
system and particularly
balance-insurance formula
of pension rights of an employee within
the system of compulsory pension insurance in the Russia
Federation   are discussed in
detail.

The significance of   labour crisis management today

Excessive mortality
in the Russian Federation: its scope and causes

Russian Federation, introduces the concept of ‘excessive mortality',
gives valuable information on the estimation technology of the spiritual
processes and their  indicators, and

material illustrating the impact of spiritual and emotional environment of the
society on  demographic dynamics.  The role of aggressive-depressive syndrome as
an immediate cause of excessive mortality is stressed and the principle of
social ergonomics as a factor of effective demographic management is
formulated.

concept

Russian Federation concerning the main principles of legal regulation of labour
