Russian and foreign employers'
involvement in the legislative regulation
of the social partnership system (comparative analysis)

The article discusses the mechanism of participation of employers
(their associations) in Russia and some other
countries (Germany, France
and the Netherlands) in the standard-setting activities of the state within
the system of social partnership. A comparative analysis
of the regulatory and legal framework of each country is conducted and some changes to the legislation
of the Russian Federation regulating these issues are suggested.

The main thesis
of the article is that youth was
the main driving force of the "Arab
Spring".  According to the author,
young people of Egypt, Tunisia, Syria and other Arab countries are   experiencing economic hardship associated with unemployment alongside
with the so-called identity crisis when its socio-cultural and partly religious
affiliation are changing under the impact of modern communication technology.
The paper stresses that new means of communication contribute to widespread dissemination of
Western values ​​around the world and rapidly find the response
of the youth. The author concludes that resulting from
that response   "new identities" with a different vision of the future come to the political forefront of Arab States and that the tension between "old"
and "new" will inevitably lead to the widening of the social conflict
in the Arab world.
