INDUSTRIES CLUSTERING IN RUSSIA ON THE
PRINCIPLE OF EFFICIENT USE OF LABOUR FORCE

The author proposes to identify trends in the development of individual
branches of industry according to the criterion of efficiency of labour force
consumption.     Applying the methodology of cluster analysis the author divides industries into four
groups, gives descriptions of each
cluster from the point of view of the ratio of the rates
of   industrial production volume growth
and costs on attracting labour resources.

principles, areas of delimitation of competencies and others), determines the

ON IMPROVEMENT OF   THE MECHANISM OF LEGAL PROTECTION OF THE
LEGITIMATE INTERESTS OF MEMBERS OF CREDIT CONSUMER COOPERATIVES

The paper has an
cross disciplinary character, written at the intersection of economics and law,
formulates the concepts of investment and consumer loans and suggests
appropriate amendments to the legislation. 
The authors propose the development of a program
that can stimulate investment activity
of the CCC which implies a cluster approach at the level
of the Russian Federation and its subjects. 
The necessity of establishing of a Cooperative
Bank, accumulating and allocating CCC reserve funds as well as Self-Regulatory Organization
compensation funds  is  substantiated, the risks of investing are assessed.

The paper considers the criteria for differentiation
of legal regulation of teachers of General education institutions labour.
According to the author the issue became apparent yet in the XVII century. Its
emergence was due to a particular object orientation of teaching staff labour
(their interaction with minors), the content of  labour , high nervous tension of workers during their work  as well as 
tasks set for  teachers. With regard to the legal regulation of the conditions of pedagogical work
the author substantiates the existence of professional and interprofessional
differentiation.
