uncertainty of understanding the nature of leasing leads to ambiguity in
interpretation of economic and legal relations arising from that sort of deals.
To analyze the economic nature of leasing the author suggests the approach
based on the study of the peculiarities of the turnover of the capital advanced
by the lessor, taking into account the change of its functional modes. The
mentioned approach may help to get rid of uncertainty and promote the leasing
market.

DEVELOPMENT

The paper deals with the formation and subsequent development of Russian legislation
on the regulation of social workers
labour in historical
context, since social assistance to the poor in the most
ancient times to the eighteenth century establishment of adequate national  system (service) of charity and  welfare with the Church
playing  a special role. The author refers to members
of communities of Sisters of
Mercy of the Russian Red Cross (1867)
as the first social workers in Russia and notes that the process of establishment of the profession of  social workers  in the early twentieth century had rather
social-charitable than the public character, and did  not allow to form a system of their training.

establishment and duration of extended annual paid leave for minor employees and identifies objectives of the extended annual paid leave for this category

differentiated approach in determining the duration of the  extended annual paid leave for  underage 
employees depending on their age with the aim of inclusion in the Labour
Code of the Russian Federation.
